This program is designed to challenge you, deepen your mind-body connection even more, and help you reach your goals.
Over the next 6 weeks, we’ll focus on maximizing progressive overload by playing with tempo, control, and activation. It’s important to truly feel every rep so that everything you do is intentional and effective. Get curious with tempos, for example going slower on the way down and slightly quicker on the way up. Use your mind-body connection to enhance the burn.
We’ll place a strong emphasis on your upper body, especially your back and shoulders, to create beautiful, feminine definition and enhance your hourglass shape. At the same time, we’ll target all three glute muscles to build balanced, defined curves while sculpting long, lean lines through your legs and arms.
The sessions are structured to fit seamlessly into your routine while still challenging you in a smart and effective way.
I also encourage you to explore the Energy Healings in the app to support the emotional and spiritual side of your journey.
